"I cannot recommend Stephanie Ruizat State Farm enough! Even if you’re just shopping around for the best rate(s), I can confirm she’ll walk you through the numbers like math finally makes sense. My husband and I were loyal to the lizard for over a decade. We’d been happy with GEICO, and honestly, their claims service was great—we had a few, and they were solid every time. But after a recent new (luxury) vehicle purchase, we caught a bit of sticker shock—not from the car, but from the revised insurance premium that came with it. Cue the deep-dive into our policy and coverage needs. And wouldn’t you know it—we realized we’d been rocking a champagne taste type of insurance policy on a beer budget type of need. Ya feel me? After some light research, we narrowed it down to State Farm and another big-name provider. The pricing was similar, so we weren’t any closer to deciding. That is, until Stephanie followed up via email a few weeks later with a polite nudge: “Still in the market?” That gentle non-intrusive outreach sparked the conversation that sealed the dill, pickles. Stephanie is a quality representative for State Farm for the following reasons. She explained how insurance works in simple to understand terms, provided information on what coverage is legitimately ‘worth it’ based on our driving habits/needs, and also helped us determine what could be trimmed based on our real life. She was hella friendly, efficient as heck, and professionally speaking she was direct, clear, to-the-point. After emailing her a brief rundown of our budget, coverage goals, and general expectations, she came back with a quote that was easy to read/understand, well-organized, and highly detailed (from a layman’s perspective); it made sense right away. After a short 20 minutes or less phone conversation, our new (and improved) policy was in place. All documents landed in my inbox promptly, and boom - we were done. A few more bonus points for Stephanie @ State Farm: • She’s been super responsive by both phone and email. • I had a few hiccups with the app/signing in and after reaching out to her via email, my issues were resolved with a quickness. • No sitting on hold. No sending five follow-ups. Just real help, right when I needed it. • She answered all my random questions, even the ones that weren’t really related to our sale but were about my general curiosity (this takes genuine patience, and for this I am a fan for life). Now, let’s talk savings: After trimming excessive, unnecessary coverage, we’re saving nearly $4,000 per 6 month policy. Same important coverage, zero bogus BS. No hidden fees, no billing confusion, and the app is actually somewhat intuitive and user-friendly. So there ya have it folks, and here’s my final pitch: even if you’re not ready to switch right this minute, give Stephanie a call. Let her run the numbers and walk you through her magic. Why not? You’ll learn a little, probably save a lot, and sleep better knowing someone competent and kind has your back. And no, his name’s not Jake. It’s Stephanie Ruiz, from State Farm."

"My wife and I have always found Brett Garrett to be helpful and always available. He is upbeat, knowledgeable, positive, and efficient. He is professional, friendly and caring. Peace of mind would be enough, but State Farm's bundled rates are unbeatable. Brett does a fantastic job finding us the right coverage. I am able to contact him by phone and email and he gets right on it. He does not rush us off the phone. It is like we have our very own VIP treatment. He is a tremendous asset. "Had a terrible experience with StateFarm. Kyle with this agency seemed to care, but State Farm as a whole was a huge let down. We had them write a rather large commercial auto, general liability, and commercial umbrella policy and on the 3rd month, they cancelled it. Wow. If you didnt want to insure me, why didnt you say so in the initial consultations. We spent weeks together gathering details and getting an enormous amount of information over to them. This agency may be fine for simple home or auto coverage, but for a business of any size, I would highly encourgae you to keep looking so you dont have to go through the pain I did to learn the hard way."

"I can’t download your app gotta have an iPhone 16 I only have an iPhone 11 which is not right I can’t even get my insurance policy online so you’ll need to mail it to me"
